Stretch
Start each day by stretching before you even get out of the bed. It will wake up your body and sharpen you mind.
Veggies for Breakfast
Make sure you eat right for breakfast and do it first thing in the morning so you can cross it off of your to-do list. A veggie smoothie is an easy way to get all the needed nutrients.
Take 5 to Put On Makeup
Don’t do it in your car! Take extra five or fifteen minutes in the morning to do your makeup and gather your thoughts. You can sip on a coffee, too.
