One of the most difficult parts of being in a book club is selecting a book that will sit well with all the members. If you find yourself struggling with the same thing, here are a couple of useful tips to help you make the right choice.

It’s important that every member of the club has a say when it comes to books you’re reading. You can all suggest books you like, but having a voting system in place ensures everyone is heard, in case taking turns in picking books doesn’t work.

If your book club is meeting quite often, try to go with shorter books so everyone would have enough time to read them. Even if you don’t have an extremely busy schedule, book club picks probably won’t be the only books occupying your time.
