Feast Your Taste Buds on This Avocado Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

You will need 1 ripe avocado, 1 10-12″ pizza crust, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 grated clove garlic, 1 tablespoon raw unsalted pine nuts, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, one handful of fresh basil leaves, 4 oz fresh mozzarella and 1-2 c cherry tomatoes.

Instructions:

You can start by heating the pizza crust according to the directions on the packaging. Then, turn your food processor on. Fill it with the basil leaves, avocado, pine nuts, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until you get a mixture with a smooth consistency. Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix again. Include pepper and salt to your taste. This is when you spread the mixture on the pizza crust. During the next step, add the tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Your avocado pesto pizza is almost done. All you have to do is place it in the oven and wait for 5-10 minutes, depending on the crust. Also, you can top it off with some extra salt.
