In 2019, it’s all about metallic eyes. This means for the time being, glitter is out. Metallic and foils are in.
The upshot of the trade off is that metallic eyes are a lot easier to clean off than pesky glitter. The mirror smooth shine stays shiny and glam all night and can be wiped off with a makeup wipe, unlike glitter which seems to cling on to everything forever.
If you’re feeling bold, foiled lips are a total look for 2019. They’re bright, shiny and make a statement.
Metallic eyes are also a great way to stay on trend. You can go as bold or as subtle as you like with them. We love the cobalt blue metallic looks that have been popping up but the monochromatic winged eyeliner combo is also totally chic.
