The 71st Primetime Emmy TV Awards took place over the weekend (September 22) in Los Angeles. Across the categories, Game of Thrones received over 30 nominations in total. Here’s what the cast wore to their big night.
Emilia Clarke
The Mother of Dragons wore a gown fit for a queen. She opted for a floor-length dark blue gown with a deep cut. After sneaking a peek at those massive heels, we’re not surprised she is sitting down.
Gwendoline Christie
Even more queen-like was Gwendoline Christie, who is unrecognizable from her boyish character in Game of Thrones. She wore a stunning, medieval-inspired gown, making for one of our favorite looks of the night.
Sophie Turner
The beloved Sansa Stark actress dressed head to toe in Louis Vuitton. Be still our beating hearts.
Peter Dinklage and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau
The Lannister brothers both looked super suave on their big night. Nikolaj’s golden blazer is fit for a proud lion.
Maisie Williams
Arya Stark wore an elegant black gown and looked adorable with her new short hair and bangs.
Lena Headey
The fierce Cersei Lannister looked absolutely lovely in a floral gown. We’re also loving the brunette.
