How to Make Paleo Crab Cakes

The ingredient list for these paleo crab cakes includes 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon finely diced red pepper, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning, 2 teaspoons sliced green onion, 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1/3 cup almond flour.

Instructions:

Before you start making the paleo crab cakes, get a baking sheet and grease it. During the next step, you need to get a bowl and mix the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, hot sauce, and the black pepper.

When you’re done with that get the crab meat and put it in another bowl. Add the liquid mixture and mix everything with your hands. Include the peppers, parsley, green onion, and the 1/4 cup almond flour.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts. In another bowl, add the 1/3 cup of almond flour. Put each of the 6 patties in the flour and place them on the baking pan. Set the oven on 400 F degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
