Snacking

Snacking can be bad if you’re munching on the wrong kinds of food because you are more likely to eat something if it’s in front of you. Instead of mindless eating unhealthy snacks, swap them for fruits and veggies! The same rules apply, but instead of mindlessly eating chips, you’ll be mindlessly eating carrots or grapes.

Plates

You can trick your brain into thinking you’re eating more than you are, which is really helpful when you want to control your portions! By eating something off a smaller plate, your brain will think it’s actually large because it’s comparing it to the size of the plate.
