Kim Kardashian West Talks About Her Beauty and Fitness Routine

Those of you who like keeping up with Kim Kardashian will be glad to hear that she recently opened up about her fitness and beauty routine in an interview with Vogue.

In spite of her pretty hectic schedule, Kardashian still manages to find time to treat herself with a nice beauty treatment. She revealed that her favorite is an oxygen facial.

“I really do believe in taking good care of your skin. And I mean laser facials, everything, you name it, I love participating in beauty treatments,” aid Kardashian.

Her beauty routine doesn’t end there. Kim is also a big fan of massages, and she loves going to her chiropractor when she feels tired. “I love massages, all different kinds. If I’m really exhausted, if I’m travelling, I do see a chiropractor as well,” she said. “I think that’s really important to get aligned and massaged. So I definitely take care of my body as well.”

When it comes to her fitness routine, the reality television star admitted she likes to wake up early in the morning to go to the gym for a morning workout. “Right after I leave the gym I always feel good about myself, I feel like I accomplished something. It’s such a good way to start my day.”
