The new season of Stranger Things is finally here – and so are countless fashion lines inspired by this series. Levi’s is the latest brand to pay homage to the popular Netflix show with a brand-new capsule collection.
Levi’s worked directly with the wardrobe team of Stranger Things and later came up with stitch-for-stitch authentic reproductions and vintage-inspired pieces that look just like the ones featured on the show.
Fans of Stranger Things can choose between a series of vintage-inspired tees and denim pieces, adorned with exclusive graphics, tags, and patches. Some of them are even inverted, as a nod to the Upside Down – menacing alternate dimension from the popular series.
No one was more excited about this collaboration than Jonathan Cheung, senior vice president of design innovation at Levi’s, who had an opportunity to see the set of the beloved show first-hand.
“When this opportunity slid across my desk, my nose started to bleed. Getting to visit the set and work on some of the costumes with their amazing designers was another level of collaboration,” said Cheung in a press release.
