The actress agreed to reveal her skincare routine in a new video for Vogue and she’s given us some major beauty hacks.
The actress first said that skincare is one of her biggest passions and that she probably would have been a facialist if she weren’t an actress. We were also surprised to hear that Taylor’s beauty routine consists of 25 steps, which sounds like a pretty intense regime.
The first step in her skincare routine is exfoliating. “Okay, so to me, the secret to beautiful skin is exfoliation and keeping all the dead skin cells, sort of, buffed off your skin.” After that, the actress likes to apply a hydrating mask, some face oils and patches for under-eye puffiness.
The most important thing for having healthy skin, according to Tyler, is using natural makeup and drinking plenty of fluids.
“Water is a huge important factor in having good skin. I know everybody says that, but sleep and water may be the most important things.”
The actress then showed a bottle of green juice which she likes to make herself using celery, cucumber, a little apple, and spinach or kale. She says it’s her magic elixir and a key to healthy skin!
