If you ever stay in a hotel while you travel, a lot of times it will come with breakfast which is so fabulous. Not only is it a great way to start your day, but it also gives you great building blocks to make snacks and meals for the rest of the day. If you are traveling and on a tight budget, or just have so much to do that you don’t want to stop and have a big lunch, use your hotel breakfast to the max with these tips!

Healthy Snacks

When you’re traveling, you can sometimes forget to keep up your health regimen. A good way to maintain that is to take some fruit from breakfast and save it for later! Bananas, apples, and oranges are all usually available and easily transported, perfect for traveling.

Sandwiches

A lot of times the hotel breakfast will have lots of different kinds of bread. Whether you like bagels, an English muffin, or regular sliced bread, you can easily take it and make it into a yummy sandwich! Depending on what’s available, you can make some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, a cream cheese and tomato sandwich, or even a BLT if they have the ingredient available.
