Unfortunately, the vacation is over and you are back to your everyday routine. But look at the bright side: your batteries are full and you have an amazing bronze tan, which obviously you want to keep as long as possible. Follow these few simple skincare and nutrition tips and tricks to prevent losing your sun-kissed glow.

Nourish Your Skin With Vitamin A

Too much sun can dry out your skin, so hydration is the key to beautiful and healthy looking skin. Use oils, body lotions which contains a good amount of vitamin A. You can also buy vitamin A capsules at your local pharmacy and take them as supplements.

Avoid Going To The Sauna

When back from your vacation, wait a couple of days or even weeks with your spa day. Sauna and pilings are a huge no-no if you want to keep your bronze. The color is easier to wash away when you skin is steamed.

Use Avocado Oil

Avocado, with its beneficial nutrients, is great for your skin and can make your tan last up to 4 weeks. Use a few drops of avocado oil, massage it onto your face, neck and neckline and leave it to sit for 30 minutes.
