Most people need a cup of coffee or something caffeinated as soon as they wake up in the morning. Although it does ease the burn on waking up early, it sometimes does not have the punch most people expect. A lot of people think that it’s because they become intolerant to caffeine, but a lot of times it’s because they’re drinking it incorrectly. If you are one of these people, use this to guide to make sure your caffeine is working best for you.

Drink Slow

The problem too many folks have is drinking the caffeine really quickly. If you slow down and drink your drink over a longer period of time, your body will have time to absorb the caffeine and the benefits will come out stronger.

Water

Another way to boost your caffeine is to drink water at the same time. This is because after sleeping for so long, your body is dehydrated and not functioning at it’s highest. So by drinking water, you’re replenishing your body and allowing it to get back up to speed.

Energy Drinks

Drinking energy drinks will actually not do you good in the end, because they have so much sugar and will just make you crash.
