Miley Cyrus New Hair Transformation is Strangely Familiar…

Miley Cyrus has dyed her hair blonde and we’re getting serious Hannah Montana nostalgia.

Hannah Montana justĀ celebratedĀ its 13-year-anniversary and if you’re feeling old now, you’re not alone. Since her Disney debut, the name ‘Miley Cryus‘ has taken on a whole new meaning. We no longer picture the bright blonde wig and adorable Billie Ray Cyrus and Miley on-screen father-daughter relationship. We’ve also surpassed the cringy twerking and tongue-out phase and our idea of Miley has transformed into something a little more classy. Since her marriage to Liam Hemsworth, we finally feel like we’re starting to suss her out.

Now though, she’s only gone and ruined it all by dying her hair blonde. She updated her Instagram story this week with the caption “#NoFilter #NoWig ALL ME!”. The picture shows off her new blonde hair and it’s long with a fringe and terrifyingly familiar…

She looks exactly like Hannah Montana… right?! At first we thought it might just be us feeling particularly nostalgic but her fans all agree that this look is a serious throwback.

Miley herself even joked: “You know guys, it was so hard going back and forth that I decided that I’ll just be Hannah forever.”

So yeah, Miley Cyrus’ new hair is the talk of the day and we’re going to re-watch the final season of Hannah Montana and cry into our prosecco and pop tarts now.
