Summer has come to an end and it’s time to prepare for fall. If you enjoyed this summer to the fullest and spent a lot of time on the beach, chances are that your hair is now pretty damaged and dry. Follow these three easy tips to repair your hair.

A Healthy Diet

A healthy diet is the best, most effective way to improve hair health. In order to do this, our body needs enough protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, C, and A. This means eating plenty of eggs, poultry, sardines, sweet potatoes and vegetables such as carrots, spinach, and broccoli.

Proper Hair Care

Using a conditioner is the most important thing because you have to moisturize your hair as much as possible. That’s why it’s best to use one with nut oils, such as coconut and almond, as they’ll help rebuild the hair faster. Using hair masks is also a great way to hydrate and nurture damaged hair.

Avoid Styling Tools

It’s a known fact that styling tools are damaging our hair more than anything else, so if your hair is already damaged and dry it’s best to avoid them for a little while. However, if you still have to use some of the styling tools, make sure to dial down the heat a little and use protectant spray.
