How to Sprinkle Exercise Into Your Daily Routine

Everyone knows that exercise is key to maintaining a healthy body. However, that can be difficult if you work a lot. Luckily, there are many things you can do in the office that promote a healthy body and don’t take up time or space!

Take The Stairs

No matter where you work, there are surely times where you can decide whether to take the stairs or the elevator. Instead, take the stairs and feel the burn! If you don’t have to take the stairs often, spend an extra minute or two going up and down at least one flight of stairs to get your heart racing.

Push Ups

Push-ups are a great exercise to do in the middle of the workday because they do not take up a lot of space, and they exercise so many parts of your body, including your entire upper body, core, quads, and glutes.

Calf Raises

This exercise is super simple to do and really great if you need a quick break. All you have to do is stand up and rise up onto the balls of your feet. Doing this will tone your calves and it is totally stationary! You can even do it while reading reports.
