Making a quiche doesn’t have to be boring anymore. We’re always here to bring you the freshest, most interesting recipes. This asparagus quiche is a great way to celebrate the start of summer.

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked and chopped asparagus
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup milk
1 finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 partially baked pie shell with a size 10 to 11 inches
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups grated old cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill, nutmeg, and cayenne.

Bärlauch Quiche mit zweierlei Spargel😍 [Werbung, Verlinkungen] Aktuell ist ja noch die größste Spargelzeit und auch bei mir gibt's noch son paaaaar Spargelgerichte😄In der Quiche mag ich ihn auch immer sehr gerne, hier habe ich mal von beiden Sorten ein paar Stangen geholt und mit eingebaut – hoch lebe die Abwechslung!😄 Das Wochenende steht auch schon wieder vor der Tür, habt ihr was feines geplant?🎈🎈🎈 Rezept❗ 🔸Zutaten🔸 Für den Mürbeteig: – 250 g Mehl – 125 g Butter – 1 Ei – 1 TL Salz Für die Füllung: – 3 Eier – 200 g Saure Sahne – 200 g Crème fraîche – 1 EL Salz – 1 TL Pfeffer – 1/2 TL Muskat – 4-5 Stangen Spargel (grün) – 4-5 Stangen Spargel (weiß) – 1 Stange Lauch – 1 EL Butter – 100 g Bärlauch 🔸Zubereitung🔸 ▪Aus Mehl, Butter, Ei und Salz einen Mürbteig erstellen, in Folie einwickeln und kalt stellen. Den Lauch in feine Ringe schneiden und in der Butter andünsten, Spargel putzen, halbieren und die Spitzen beiseite legen. Wasser in einen Topf geben, erhitzen und zuerst die Spargelenden 3 Minuten darin ziehen lassen, anschließend die Spargelspitzen zugeben und weitere 2 Minuten ziehen lassen. ▪Während Lauch und Spargel abkühlen, die Eier schaumig schlagen und die Saure Sahne und Crème fraîche unterrühren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken. Den Parmesan reiben und den Bärlauch in feine Streifen schneiden. Lauch, Parmesan und Bärlauch in die Ei-Masse geben und vorsichtig unterheben, den Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, in eine gefettete Form legen und bei 180 Grad ca 15 min blindbacken. Herausnehmen, die Ei-Masse hineingießen und mit dem Spargel belegen. Instructions:

Before you start making the asparagus quiche you need to set the oven to 375 F degrees. Get the pie shell and add the mustard all over.

Add the butter to a pan, melt it, then include the onion. It should become soft.

Once it does, mix it with the cheese, dill, and asparagus.

Add this mixture to the pie shell. You can now grab a bowl and beat the eggs in it. Combine them with the nutmeg, pepper, cayenne, milk, salt. Add this on top of the asparagus filling.

Leave the pie in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Let it stay for 10 minutes before you serve it. Feel free to add sour cream or any other side that you like.
