Traveling with a camper trailer can have many benefits compared to a classic road trip, but it also comes with significant downsides. However, when a trailer looks this good, it’s hard to resist traveling all the time.

Designer Bonnie Christine and her family wanted to buy a trailer and redo it and the result is probably the most beautiful camping trailer in the world.

They call it Marjorie and it’s so charming! The trick is mostly in the details. We’re sharing a few pictures here and there are many more on Bonnie’s Instagram page, so go check it out.

The kitchen in #marjorietheairstream is delightfully functional and (as long as we have water hook-ups), I've been able to cook regular meals in it every night. We were hoping to use the original stove, but after finding a small gas leak decided to replace it. Though I loved the original, I'm so thrilled with the new oven – it's a dream to cook on! (Swipe for some before pics!) The tiny backsplash is perhaps my favorite addition. I think I did more research on flexible grout than I have on anything before. For those who have requested, here’s what the bed in miss #MarjorietheAirstream looks like when all made up!It makes exactly a king size bed and we all sleep here together (#cosleeping ). I’ve collected several antique wool blankets that we snuggle up under, the blush one shown here. Pillows made from @artgalleryfabrics denim and linen.

Welcome to the bathroom!I believe that 26' Airstream is the shortest camper that comes with a full bathroom (don’t quote me on that), and it's possibly my favorite part! Aside from being incredibly functional and helpful, I love that it's in the back of the camper (many are in the middle, now). The curved roof makes for some interesting decorating and cabinetry, but with two small closets it has ample room for storage and clothes. I wanted to use a variated pennytile with dark grout, and I must have ordered no less than 12 samples of variated penny tile before I found the perfect one. I love how it makes it almost look like the inside of a jewel box! #marjorietheairstream
