]]>For the delicious cookie dough fudge you will need 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 stick softened butter, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. melted white chocolate, 1 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips, and 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk.
Prepare the pan with cooking spray before you start with the making of the cookie dough fudge. In a bowl mix the sugar, vanilla extract and butter. Use a hand mixer to beat everything together. Include the salt and flour, then mix again. Add one cup of the chocolate chips. Grab another bowl and add the melted white chocolate and condensed milk. Mix them well and you can include the mixture from the first bowl. You can now pour the dough into the pan. Use the remaining chocolate chips to finish off. Place the pan in a refrigerator for at least two hours. When the time is up you can cut the dough into small squares.
