]]> Finding a good cocktail that is delicious and easy to make can be hard. Today’s recipe is one of the tastiest and most unique drinks you’ll ever make. It only takes 15 minutes to make it, with several simple ingredients. If you’re all about making your own drinks, you have to try the rosemary grapefruit spritzer. You can now call all your friends and enjoy a relaxing night by the fire.

Ingredients:

If you are already obsessed with the rosemary grapefruit spritzer, these are the ingredients you need: 6 strips grapefruit zest, 6 fresh rosemary sprigs, 1/4 cup sugar, 6 cups grapefruit juice, and seltzer. Use 12 grapefruits to get the 6 cups of juice.

With Cinco de Mayo only a few days away, I’ve been playing around with one of my favorite drinks. I’ve been enjoying this mint and grapefruit spritzer all winter long (without any alcohol), but am ready to spice things up a little for Saturday. _________ Bright grapefruit and lime, mixed with a sweet mint simple syrup, topped off with sparkling water (or in this case for Cinco de Mayo, tequila 😉…..whatever floats your boat). ________ Mint grapefruit spritzer -to make the simple syrup add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water to a pot and heat over low/medium heat until sugar dissolves. Stir slowly. Turn off heat and add 5-6 sprigs of mint, allow it to steep for 30 minutes. Transfer to a glass container (can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 weeks). To assemble the drink – in a shaker with ice, add 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and the juice of one lime. Add 3-4 tbsp of the mint simple syrup, as well as 1.5 oz of blanco tequila (if using) and a splash of sparkling water. Shake. Instructions:

Take it out of the fridge and mix the rosemary grapefruit spritzer. Get a glass and fill it with ice. Pour the cocktail over the ice and top it off with seltzer water. Make sure to share the joy with your friends.
