Have you ever heard someone say “my hair stops growing at a certain length?” The truth is their ends are just breaking off before they can get longer because damage & split ends travel up the hair strands. When hair breaks off, it gets thin & stringy but a trim will get your ends thick again!Avoid heating tools
Heat is your worst enemy if you’re trying to grow your hair and keep it healthy. This means you should avoid curling irons, hair straighter and even blow dryer if it’s possible.
Deep condition
If you’re still not using a deep conditioner on a weekly basis, you should make this a habit as soon as possible. Apply a deep conditioner, cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and then leave it for at least half an hour. Repeat this every week and you’ll see the results after a while.
