Edam Peyniri 🧀 Orta sertlikte dünyaca ünlü bir Hollanda peyniridir ve "edım" diye okunur. İsmini Kuzey Hollanda'da bir kasaba olan Edam'dan almıştır. İnek sütünden yapılır ve dışı kırmızı ambalajı ile bilinir. Dayanıklı, kolay bozulmayan bir peynir türüdür. Tanen oranı yüksek kırmızı şaraplarla çok iyi uyum sağlar. 🇬🇧 Edam Cheese 🧀 It is a semi-hard cheese that originated in the Netherlands and is named after the town of Edam in the province of North Holland.
