Where the ✨magic✨ happens. If you missed the before / after of my kitchen on @jerseyicecreamco's page get over there like yesterday! Cause you won't believe that noise. It's *shocking*. . . 🤦🏻‍♀️ My kitchen and I have that in common. In my latest newsletter I told the cringe-worthy story of how I was quoted in the local paper when I first started out making a *really* weird joke about wanting to absorb Martha Stewart's powers by….ummm…yeah. I put SO much into each monthly newsletter I've decided to create a little library of them for people that sign up after they go out so you'll get it all. Including the infamous quote. Which isn't even the point of the letter. But it was one of my "finer" moment (by which I mean the opposite of that…) ⚡️ The letter I sent to my inner circle was actually all about goal setting. Big stuff like how you want your heart to feel to little stuff like the dope oven you dream of (hollah @lacanche_us!) Because I think all dreams are realistic. 🥂 And I just want to say to all of you that read these monstrously long captions something I say a lot but feels important: I'm not perfect. Did some major transplanting of the house plants the other day, and everyone seems to be enjoying their new containers, YAYYYY! I just love the way their green-ness adds so much life and happiness to every room, it just makes the house feel so alive and bright! 💚 . Some of my favorite houseplants are Algerian ivy, philodendrons, snake plants, pothos, calathea, alocasia, creeping fig vines, and fiddle leaf figs. I tried ferns for a while but found them to be too temperamental (in my experience if I let them dry out a bit too much even one time all the branches dried up and they’d never fully recover). I like the ones I just mentioned because they’re a little more tolerant of varying conditions and they also have INSANELY intricate patterns on their leaves, too.
