Fall is the season that brings many changes into our lives—and Instagram feeds. Our favorite food bloggers switched to warm and comforting recipes in the last few weeks, and this shift led to the rise of several new food trends.

Funfetti Desserts                

If we had to pick the sweetest and the most colorful food trend of the year, it would be this one. Funfetti cakes, donuts, and cinnamon buns are filled with sprinkles inside and out, and it’s impossible to resist them.

Hot chocolate bombs consist of chocolate spheres, filled with mini marshmallows and cocoa mix, and they taste as delicious as they sound.

Pumpkins and fall go hand in hand, and our favorite food bloggers are here to teach us to make everything from pumpkin spice lattes and bread to pumpkin soup and cheesecakes this season.

🎃CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP (with no cream or milk🎃 Pumpkin soup is definitely in my TOP 3 favourite soups. What I love about this soup is that it actually looks like a beautiful painting if decorated with pumpkin seeds, creme fraiche and coriander. A real FOODART for me! . For 4 servings: 500g butternut squash diced 500ml chicken or vegetable stock 1 onion diced 🧅 1 green apple diced🍏 2 cloves of garlic🧄 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon salt +lightly roasted pumpkin seeds (optional) +creme fraiche and coriander to decorate (optional) . Heat the olive oil in a larger pot. Add the pumpkin, diced apple, diced onion, garlic, curry powder, salt, cinnamon and roast for 1 minute. Then add the chicken stock and cook for about 15 minutes until the pumpkin and apple soften. Blend with a blender until completely smooth. Taste and add more spices/seasoning according to your preferences. Serve with lightly roasted pumpkin seeds creme fraiche. Enjoy!
