If you love to have clean and good smelling surfaces but don’t want to spend the money on sanitizing wipes that are full of chemicals, you’re not alone. These disinfectant wipes are super easy to make and are totally natural!

Ingredients

For this DIY, you will need a jar or a glass container with a tight-fitting lid, about 15 pieces of cut cloth which can come from t-shirts or any fabric, filtered water, white distilled vinegar, lemon essential oil, lavender essential oil, and bergamot essential oil if you have it.

Instructions

  1. If you don’t have fabric or cloth, take clean old t-shirts and cut them into squares that are relatively the same size.
  2. Then, put 3/4 cup of the water and vinegar each into the container of your choice with 15 drops of the lemon oil, 8 drops of lavender, and 4 drops of bergamot.
  3. Mix the solution well and then put in the pieces of cloth into the container and press down hard so they’re submerged as much as possible.
  4. Use them to disinfect your kitchen, bathrooms, classrooms, and more! Keep the container in a dark place and once you’ve used a cloth once or twice, wash it and then return it to the container.
