The Easiest Way to Make Chicken Stir Fry

Since everyone is going crazy over chicken stir fry, we wanted to share our favorite recipe.

Ingredients:

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 cups white rice, 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger, 2/3 cup soy sauce, 4 cups water, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, green bell pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cup sliced carrots, 1 8-oz can sliced water chestnut, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 cut onion, 1 head broccoli. You should cut the chicken into pieces and cut the broccoli into florets.

Instructions:

Cook the rice and rice on high heat, then lower the heat on medium for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, and brown sugar and stir these ingredients very well together. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper, then use this as a marinade for the chicken. Let the meat in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

While you’re waiting cook the water chestnuts, carrots, broccoli, and onion with 1 tablespoon sesame oil for 5 minutes. Take the vegetables out and now place the chicken in. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and cook it for 2 minutes per side. Pour the vegetables back in together with the marinade. Wait for the chicken stir fry to boil and book for 5 to 7 more minutes. Add it over the rice.
