However, what makes a great smoothie even better is adding frozen fruits to the combination. That’s how you get a cold and refreshing beverage perfect for summer. For this particular smoothie, you need three types of berries – strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Fill two cups of smoothie and top with raspberries or other fruits of your liking.
