The ingredients you need are 2 tablespoons canola oil, 1 cup hazelnuts, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 12 oz milk chocolate, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. The chocolate needs to be chopped.
