Whip This Simple Strawberry Crunch Ice Cream Cake Anytime, Anywhere

No one will be able to resist this strawberry crunch ice cream cake! It includes ice cream, so that’s probably all you need to know to be convinced.

Ingredients:

The ingredients you need are 1 1/2 tablespoon shortening, 4 cups crisp rice cereal, 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream, 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.

Instructions:

Get one half of the ice cream out of the fridge. Let it sit on the side until it becomes softer. While waiting you can melt the white chocolate chips. Do it in the microwave for the fastest approach. Put the crunchy cereal in a bowl and mix it with the melted white chocolate. Mix them very well.

Grab a piece of parchment paper and top it off with this crunchy mixture. When it becomes hard, you can break it into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of the cereal together with the softened ice cream. Place it into a springform pan and add the leftover crunchy cereal with white chocolate on top. You can now close the springform pan and place it in the freezer. Wait for 6-8 hours in there for it to become hard.

Take the strawberry crunch ice cream cake out of the freezer and remove the springform pan. Enjoy your tasty cake!
