Most people have a hard
time imagining their daily eating routine without eggs and we get that. Eggs
are used in all sorts of dishes, savory and sweet – not to mention they’re pretty
delicious.
But don’t lose hope! For
all of you who are trying to go vegan and have a hard time giving up eggs,
there are substitutions that can make your transition easier.
Flax Egg
All of you who love
baking probably can’t imagine your favorite hobby without eggs. We use them for
their excellent binding abilities, but we can also use the combination of flaxseeds
and water to achieve that consistency.
Tofu Scramble
Scrambled eggs are the
best breakfast you can ever imagine, so it’s probably the first thing a person
who goes vegan would miss. Tofu is here to save the day as a replacement.
You’ll need only 10-15 minutes to dry and then cook it.
Mashed Potato
We can bet many of you
didn’t know this, but you can use mashed potatoes instead of eggs in every
savory meal. The secret is – for every egg use 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes. See
