Amazing Rhubarb Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

You will need the following ingredients: 3 apples, 1 cup self-raising flour, 2 tablespoons caster sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 425 g rhubarb, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon orange rind, 80 g chopped butter and thickened cream. The apples should be peeled and thinly sliced. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Also, make sure that you grate the orange rind.

Instructions:

Get an ovenproof pan and set the oven to 345 F degrees. To make the rhubarb crumble you should mix the apples, orange rind, orange juice, rhubarb, and caster sugar. Stir everything well and put them in the pan. Cover it and leave it in the oven for half an hour. Check it once, and also stir it again. When the fruit is soft, you can take the crumble out of the oven.

While you’re waiting, you can start preparing the topping. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and flour together. Include the butter and combine everything. With your fingers combine the topping, which should look like crumbs. Add it on top of the warm apple rhubarb mix.
