Cardi B shattered records with her first Fashion Nova collection, and its follow-up was a long time coming. The famous rapper finally joined forces with this brand again and dropped her second range that’s even more impressive than her first.
Cardi’s new range features a total of 107 pieces, inspired by ’80s and ’90s fashion. Just like her first collection with this inclusive brand, her second is also curated for all body types and extremely affordable, since pieces range from $29 to $99.
Cardi B discussed her new Fashion Nova line with Entertainment Tonight, about a week before its launch on May 8. She wanted to make it more playful and colorful than her previous campaign with this brand since that was the only complaint that fashion critics had about it.
“I study what people want. I read what some of the pros and some of the cons were of my last collection… So it’s like, ‘OK, it’s going to be a little more fun. More summertime vibes.’ And I think people are going to like this one,” said Cardi.
