Feed Your Sweet Tooth On Tiramisu Cake

Dessert junkies are going crazy over this tiramisu cake. It’s very easy to make, and even the busiest women will find the time to do it.

Ingredients:

The tiramisu cake is done in layers. To make the sponge cake you need 2 1/2 cups flour, 5 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons baking powder. For the filling you should get 1 egg, 1 1/2 cup mascarpone, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup coffee.

Instructions:

Get a springform cake pan and set the oven to 350 F degrees. Combine the sugar and eggs, beat them for one to two minutes. Include the baking powder and flour in the mix and keep on beating until you get an even mixture. Put it in the pan and leave the sponge cake in the oven for half an hour. When it’s finally cold, you should cut it into three layers.

In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar. Add the cream, mascarpone and beat again. Make the coffee and let it cool. Get your cake plate ready and you can start layering. Place one sponge cake on the bottom, and cover it with the filling and coffee. Continue doing the same until you’re out of layers. This is when the tiramisu cake is done.
