Whether you love novels, short stories, or just the newspaper, reading is such a fundamental way to not only entertain ourselves, but learn new ideas, words, and grow your brain.

But, if you have a busy schedule, it can be really hard to carve out time to read. Luckily, there are some easy ways to get back in the swing of things, you just need to be resourceful.

In Bed

Reading in bed is one of the best chances for you to get in a few pages of reading! Whether you do it for 5 minutes before you go to sleep, or read a few pages when you first get up, or both, keeping a book by your nightstand and really committing yourself to reading every time you get into bed will help you get back into a routine.

Carry a Book Always

The most annoying times is when you have to wait for someone, whether it’s a meeting, lunch with a friend, or even drinks, and you don’t just want to be on your phone the whole time. Instead, bring a book with you in your bag and whenever you have to wait, you can always pull out your book and get in a few pages.
