Jennifer Aniston’s hair colorist, Chris McMillan, has shared his predicted summer hair trends for 2019. There’ll be lots of beachy blondes but also more people switching back to their natural color. Here’s what he anticipates.

Foilage

Chris says: “I’ve been seeing a technique called “foliage” where colourists are foiling the hair for highlights and free painting the ends for more of a blonde pop.”

Scandi Blonde

CChris says: “I think both men and women are going to start playing more with pop colours. So far the ‘Scandi’ iced out blonde look has been popular. Celebrities like Zach Efron, Adam Levine, and Pete Davidson have been rocking that platinum look.”

Light to Dark

Chris says: “I think people will start transitioning from light to dark to spark up a little change. Actresses like Charlize Theron and Christina Ricci have already made the change over to the dark side.”
