This Piña Colada is easy and quick to make and it’s a perfect beverage to prepare if you’re expecting guests.
- 4 ounces spiced rum
- 4 ounces coconut milk
- 1/3 c. fresh pineapple chunks, plus more for garnish
- splash pineapple juice
- 1 c. ice
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Add rum, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, and juice to a blender with ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry.
To make your Piña Colada even creamier, you can freeze the pineapple beforehand. You can also make it more tropical by using coconut rum, but basically, any type of rum will do.
