If you want to make the buffalo deviled eggs you will need 1 dozen hard-cooked eggs. For the filling, get 3 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

To prepare the topping, you’ll need the following ingredients: 24 celery leaves, 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce and 1/3 cup tiny-diced celery.

Instructions:

Start by cutting the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and gather them in a bowl. Put the egg whites in a fridge while you’re doing the filling and topping.

Add the sour cream, buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, blue cheese, salt, parsley to the egg yolks and mix everything well. You need to get an even mixture without large chunks. Get the egg whites, and with a spoon fill each half with the filling. You’re almost done with the buffalo deviled eggs.

Finish off with the topping. Mix the celery pieces and the buffalo sauce and top the eggs with it. Add a celery leaf as well.
