A lot of times people will just throw away their wine corks and recycle their wine bottles. But, an even better thing than to recycle is to up-cycle and create something new! These DIY projects are really simple but can be so fun and will make your space look awesome.
Cork Planers
You can turn your wine corks into a little garden! All you have to do is drill a hole, or just take a steak knife and cut a hole out of the center and clear out the inside. Use a hot glue gun to put a magnet on the back if you want them on your fridge. Put in a little bit of soil along with a small clipping of a plant or succulent and you have tiny planters!
Soap Dispenser
For a homemade soap dispenser, all you need is a wine bottle! Clean out the bottle and take off the label. Either leave it as it is or paints it in another color or design. If you decide to paint it, write the words soap on it so guests know what it is, Then, pour in your favorite hand or dish soap into it. Top it with an olive oil spout and start using it!
