Assalamua'laikum… Pagii…. Condensed milk Cotton Cake tiap bikin sll langsung abis ga nyampe beberapa jam 😂, suka banget, bahannya juga simple… 😋 . . Diadaptasi dr Mymindpatch ————- . 3 kuning telur + 30 gr telur yg sdh dikocok lepas 35 gr butter (aku sekitar 45 gr) 3 pth telur 50 gr terigu, ayak 50 gr susu kental manis 40 gr gula pasir Kocok kuning telur dengan 30 gr telur dgn handwhisk. Sisihkan. Panaskan butter, masukan terigu, aduk hingga menjadi pasta. Matikan api. Masukan SKM, aduk rata. Masukan ke dalam campuran telur tadi, aduk. Kocok putih telur dengan mixer, masukan gula sedikit sedikit, kocok hingga ujungnya runcing ketika diangkat. Masukan 1/3 bagian pth telur ke dalam adonan pasta, aduk, tambahkan 1/2 bagian sisanya, aduk, tambahkan 1/2 bagian terakhir. Aduk. Masukan ke dalam loyang yg sdh dialas kertas roti. Panggang dgn cara steam bake (au bain marie, pake dua loyang, loyang pertama berisi air, loyang kedua berisi adonan) selama 50 menit di suhu 160' C atau hingga matang (di rak bawah). #ukchallenge162 #vicenzaindonesia #Uploadkompakan @uploadkompakan

Ingredients

The four ingredients for this recipe are 1 can of condensed milk, it should be 14 oz, 4 eggs, 3.5 tablespoons of butter that has been melted, and 1 cup of self-raising flour. If you don’t have self-raising flour, you can make it at home by using 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Recipe:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 F and greasing a cake tin.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and use an electric mixer or a standmixer to combine everything until the ingredients are mixed and smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Take the cake out and allow it to cool inside the pan for a few minutes before removing it.
  5. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy!
