A good breakfast is the most important thing you need to have in order to start your day in the best way possible. While there are many healthy breakfast options you can choose from, more and more people often go for chia pudding in the morning.

Today, we’re sharing one recipe idea that you can modify according to your taste and what you have in the fridge. Bon appetit!

You’re going to need 2 cups of milk, chia seeds, oat flakes, a banana, some blackberries, and honey.

Blend 1 cup of milk with a tablespoon of oats, a tablespoon of chia seed, a tablespoon of honey, and a banana. Pour into glasses filling them up halfway, then leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Blend 1 cup of milk with a tablespoon of chia seeds, a tablespoon of oats, a tablespoon of honey, and several blackberries (or other berries you have on hand). Pour over the first half of the mix. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
