You’re going to need 2 cups of milk, chia seeds, oat flakes, a banana, some blackberries, and honey.

Blend 1 cup of milk with a tablespoon of oats, a tablespoon of chia seed, a tablespoon of honey, and a banana. Pour into glasses filling them up halfway, then leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Blend 1 cup of milk with a tablespoon of chia seeds, a tablespoon of oats, a tablespoon of honey, and several blackberries (or other berries you have on hand). Pour over the first half of the mix. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
