No surprise that watermelon is actually 92% water! In one cup of watermelon, you’ll be getting 1/2 cup of water fortified with all sorts of nutrients, which is not only good for your body, but keeps it well hydrated.

Cantaloupe

Another melon, cantaloupe has actually a little more than half a cups worth of water in just a 1 cup serving. The most amazing thing about cantaloupe is that it is loaded in vitamin A, with 120% of your daily intake in 1 cup alone.

Peaches

Nothing says summer like peaches, especially if you live in the south. Peaches are almost 90% water, and if you’ve ever bit into a truly ripe peach, you won’t be surprised. A food processor is a kitchen tool that everyone should have for so many reasons. Not only does it make cooking and baking easier it can also motivate you to eat healthier. A food processor can make so many different items that you would normally buy at the store, which will definitely cost you more money. Here a few ways you can use your food processor to cook healthier but still save money.

Burgers

Veggie burgers are normally really expensive at the store when they’re so easy to make! All you have to do is throw your plant-based protein of choice into the food processor with an egg, breadcrumbs, and any veggies and spices you want to go in them and you’ve got your mix! Shape them into patties and dinner is just around the corner.

Hummus

Hummus is everyone’s favorite Middle Eastern dip, and you can make it in your food processor with just garlic, lemon juice, chickpeas, and tahini. Make a big batch at the beginning of the week and snack on it for a healthy bite.

Cauliflower Replacements

Cauliflower is great to use instead of rice, like a pizza dough, and more! With the food processor, all you need to do is put the florets in, give it a whirl, and you have an awesome healthy alternative.
