]]>To make the meatballs you need:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb lean ground beef
3 thinly sliced scallions
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
For the teriyaki sauce:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
sesame seeds
6 oz pineapple juice
Set the oven to 400 F degrees and get a baking sheet. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl. Once you’re done, you can start forming the balls with a tablespoon. Each one should contain one scoop. Place them on the baking sheet. Leave it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
While you’re waiting you can prepare the sauce. Get a skillet and fill it with the teriyaki marinade. Cook it on medium heat until it’s warm. In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and pineapple juice. You can now add them to the teriyaki marinade and continue cooking until you get a thick sauce. Add the sesame seeds.
When the sauce is done, add the meatballs in it. Serve them with rice or any other side that you love.
