Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup of milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz melted butter
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the waffle maker while you make the batter.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Mix your wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the two.
  5. Beat the egg whites separately then add them to the mix.
  6. Pour the batter onto a hot waffle maker and let it do its magic.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings!
