The Easiest Baked Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Chicken parmesan is one of those classic recipes that everyone loves to make at least once a month. This one we found is so good, because the meat is baked and not fried. It’s your choice whether you’ll decide to go for the healthier version and do it with or without spaghetti.

Ingredients:

The ingredient list for the chicken parmesan includes 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 4 8-oz chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 cup marinara, 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs, cooking spray. You should cut the chicken breast in half to get 8 pieces.

Instructions:

Start by setting the oven to preheat on 40 F degrees. Mix the parmesan and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Pour the melted butter in another one. Prepare the chicken by covering them with butter, then put them in the bread crumb bowl.

Place the chicken breasts on the baking paper and in the oven. Add some oil on top. You should bake them for 25 minutes. Once the time is up, take the meat out of the oven and add one tablespoon of sauce on top of each piece and 1 1/2 tablespoon mozzarella. Continue baking for 5 more minutes. This is when the best chicken parm is done. You can serve it on top of spaghetti, or just enjoy in the basic recipe.
