Chocolate pie is the treat you deserve. And with a cookie base and a chocolate cream cheese filling, it couldn’t be easier to make. This pie doesn’t require a pastry pie crust or waiting for anything to set, so all you have to do is mix everything together, pop it in the oven, and you have an amazing pie!
Recipe:
Start off by crushing by hand or in a food processor whatever cookies you like best. Take 1 ½ cups of the cookie crumbs and put them in a bowl.
Combine the crumbs with 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and mix to combine.
Finally, pour in 1 stick of melted butter and stir well. Press the mix into a pie plate and leave to the side.
In another bowl, start to mix 8 oz of softened cream cheese. To that, add in a 14 oz can of condensed milk and whisk well.
Melt 6 oz of chocolate and add that into the mix as well, followed by 2 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Mix everything to combine and then pour it over the chocolate cookie base.
Bake a 350 F for 30-35 minutes, allow to cool, and then enjoy!
