This is the Only Apple Crumble Recipe You’ll Ever Need

When it comes to desserts, we prefer those that don’t require much time or special effort to make. That’s why apple crumble is perfect: it’s made with delicious apples, and anyone can easily make it, especially with a simple recipe like this.

Apple crumble originally comes from England, but it’s quite popular around the world. Serve it with vanilla ice cream and, if you want, coffee instead of a cup of tea.

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 6 oz butter
  • 9 oz flour
  • tsp of lemon juice
  • tbsp of cinnamon

Preparation:

Peel and slice the apples, then boil them for a few minutes along with cinnamon and lemon juice. Take them out and leave on a strainer to cool.

Arrange the apple slices along the bottom of the tart mold you’ve greased with butter. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and flour then add diced butter. Crumble the mixture with your hands and pour over the apples. Press to make it flat.

Bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees. Optionally, add some sliced almond and a scoop of vanilla ice cream before serving.
