Achieving a lifted, radiant complexion doesn’t always require expensive treatments. Incorporating a simple self-facial massage into your skincare routine can work wonders. Let’s jump in.

Preparation

Apply a small amount of your favorite facial oil or moisturizer to provide some slip for your fingers to glide smoothly over your skin.

Forehead Massage

Using your fingertips, start in the middle of your forehead and gently massage outwards towards your temples using small, circular motions. Repeat this motion for a few minutes to relax the muscles and promote blood flow.

Eye Area and Cheekbones

Using your ring finger, gently tap the area under your eyes starting from the inner corners and moving outwards. Then, move to your cheekbones and use your knuckles to massage along the bone, starting from the sides of your nose and moving towards your ears.

Jawline and Chin

With your hands in a V-shape, place your index and middle fingers on your chin and move them upwards along your jawline towards your ears. This helps to tighten and sculpt the jawline while releasing tension.

Neck Massage

Using upward strokes with both hands, massage from the base of your neck towards your jawline. This step helps to improve circulation and prevent sagging in these often-neglected areas.
