Scrambled eggs are one of the easiest breakfasts or dinners you can make when you’re in a rush. Though they seem like a pretty simple dish, how many times do they actually turn out perfect?
Most people don’t even think that they could learn how to make great scrambled eggs, but with a minimum extra effort, you can turn your average meals into super satisfying ones.
Here are five ways to make better scrambled eggs:
- Season them upfront, not after they are cooked. This is important if you want each bite to taste the same.
- If you want creamier eggs, pour them into a cold pan instead of the hot one.
- Cook your bacon, then use the same pan (and fat) to cook your eggs. Mmmm.
- Don’t overcook the eggs. Just in case, take your pan off the heat a minute before the eggs are done.
- Add some lemon juice. Just a few drops will make a world of difference in texture without changing the taste of your scrambled eggs.
