Apple Caramel Popcorn
Firstly, you must pop your popcorn. After, add butter and brown sugar to a pan, as well as apple juice concentrate and corn syrup. Mix it all together and leave it to boil for 3 minutes, but stir it occasionally. Add a pinch of cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Pour the mixture onto your popcorn put it on a previously oiled pan and bake at 250 F for 15 minutes.

Apple-Onion Brochette
Cook 2 sliced onions in oil over medium heat until caramelized for about 35 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, apples, vinegar and brown sugar and cook until evaporated. Spread the mixture on baguette slices, add some apple slices and sprinkle with grated gruyere. Top it with a thin slice of cheese. Bake for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Mulled Cider
Pour 6 cups of apple cider into a large pot, add 1 cinnamon stick, 4 allspice berries, 1 star anise pod and 3 strips of lemon zest and leave to boil. Turn down to simmer and leave it for 5-8 minutes. Add sugar if desired.
